Treasure of the Western Kingdom

This programme will provide organisations with the opportunity to offer something different in the area of corporate development; essentially a large project requiring participants to solve problems and overcome difficulties, en route to achieving their goal. Highly enjoyable with identifiable processes and measurable outcomes.

Catalyst Challenge

Challenge events have become very much a part of the corporate calendar with reputations to be defended and giants to be toppled. If you're team is an aspiring David or old campaigners Catalyst can help you hone those skills in preparation for the big event.

Assessment Centre

Catalyst is able to offer organisations in industry, the public and private sector assessment capability as part of our standard courses or as a stand-alone service

Quatermain's Mine

Quatermain’s Mine is an enjoyable team building simulation that focuses on themes of leadership, planning and communications.

The situation: is that teams have sufficient but not excessive resources for a 20-day journey to and from Quatermain’s Mine.

The challenge? To work together and to spend as many days as possible at the mine, to “Mine as much Gold and as many Diamonds as we can!”

The design of the exercise is to generate opportunities for learning.

There are many metaphors in the exercise that link elegantly to individual and organisational improvement.
